Welcome to My Webpage!
My name is Kara Sakowski. I have been teaching here in Perth Amboy for 20 years. I love being a teacher and working with these wonderful children every day. I have four daughters, ages 16, 15, 13,and 12. They keep me very busy when I'm not working. In my spare time I love reading mysteries an setting a good example for my daughters.
This school year I am teaching First Grade English World with Ms. Guillen in the Dual Language Program at Rose M. Lopez Elementary School. Ms. Guillen and I are a great team and have a lot of fun working together. We are fans of Disney World and Mickey Mouse.
As a teacher I love introducing my students to different authors and topics that wil inspire them to be creative. I want my students to enjoy reading and I hope to inspire them to read in their spare time too. I look forword to a school year that is fun and exciting.
